What Is a Hen Party Life Drawing in Manchester?

It's a hosted group activity where everyone sketches a professional male model who doubles as your buff butler for the session. He holds the poses, keeps drinks topped up, and runs light games between rounds. Because we come to your Manchester venue, the whole thing happens wherever you're staying — most groups set up in the living area of their apartment. Nobody needs to draw well; the rougher the sketches, the better the session usually goes.

During The Session

What Happens During the Session?

Sessions run about 90 minutes, split roughly in half:

  • The drawing — approximately 45 minutes

    The model works through a series of poses — in the apron-and-bow-tie look or fully nude, your call — while the group sketches and tackles a few playful challenges.

  • The hosting — approximately 45 minutes

    The model swaps to butler mode for drinks service, group photos and party games to see the session out.

You can stretch it longer or bolt on another activity if you want a fuller afternoon before heading out.

What to Get Ready Before We Arrive

We bring the model, materials and full setup, so there's very little to organise. To keep things running smoothly at your Manchester venue:

  • Clear a bit of floor space with seating that has a clear view of the model — an open-plan living area works best.
  • Have your drinks and nibbles ready; we run the games, you supply the fizz.
  • If you're in an Airbnb or serviced apartment, check it allows small private gatherings before the day.
  • Note any access or parking details for central buildings — some Northern Quarter, Ancoats and Deansgate blocks have restricted entry or permit parking.
  • Confirm your final headcount a few days ahead so we bring enough sketchpads and materials.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

To cancel, email us as early as you can at info@buffboyz.co.uk. The same terms apply to every booking:

Notice before your event date Refund
More than 30 days Full refund of the balance paid. The £20 deposit is non-refundable.
14 to 30 days 50% refund of the balance paid. The £20 deposit is non-refundable.
Less than 14 days No refund of deposit or balance.

Prefer to reschedule? Get in touch as early as possible and we'll try to find a new date subject to availability. If Buff Boyz ever has to cancel, for example entertainer illness, we'll offer a replacement, a reschedule, or a full refund including your deposit. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions

By paying a deposit or confirming a booking, you agree to our Terms and Conditions. In short:

  • A non-refundable £20 deposit secures your booking; the balance is confirmed at the quote stage.
  • All events are strictly 18 and over.
  • Life drawing is hosted entertainment — drinks service, posing, games and atmosphere. Stripping, full nudity outside the agreed model service, lap dances and physical contact are not part of the booking and won't be negotiated on the day.
  • Entertainers are entitled to a safe, respectful environment and may end a booking if guests behave inappropriately.
  • It's your responsibility to ensure your venue is suitable and that you have any permission needed to host the session.
