Rescheduling: Want to move your date rather than cancel? Get in touch as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate, subject to availability. Reschedule requests made under 14 days before the event may be treated as a cancellation.

If we cancel: In the unlikely event we have to cancel, for example, entertainer illness, we'll offer a replacement entertainer, a rescheduled date, or a full refund of everything paid — including the deposit.

  • Clear service boundaries. Our entertainers provide hosted entertainment, drinks service, and games. Lap dances and physical or sexual contact are not part of any booking, and these limits aren't negotiated at the event.
  • A safe working environment. Entertainers are entitled to courtesy and respect, and may end a booking without refund if a guest behaves inappropriately.
  • Venue permission. It's your responsibility to make sure your venue is suitable and that you have any permission needed to host the entertainment.
  • Public liability insurance is held, and documentation can be provided to venues on request.
