Cancellation and Refund Policy

A non-refundable £20 deposit secures your booking. Our cancellation terms, in line with our full Terms and Conditions, are:

Notice before the event date Refund
More than 30 days Full refund of the balance paid. The £20 deposit is non-refundable.
14 to 30 days 50% refund of the balance paid. The £20 deposit is non-refundable.
Less than 14 days No refund of deposit or balance.

If you need to cancel, let us know in writing as early as possible at info@buffboyz.co.uk. If you'd rather reschedule, contact us as early as you can and we'll do our best to move your date subject to availability; requests made under 14 days before the event may be treated as a cancellation.

In the unlikely event Buff Boyz has to cancel, we'll offer a replacement entertainer, a rescheduled date, or a full refund of everything paid including the deposit.

Terms and Conditions

By paying a deposit or confirming a booking you agree to our full Terms and Conditions. In short:

  • Age: all events are strictly 18 and over; by booking you confirm every guest will be 18+.
  • The service: buff butler and life drawing bookings are hosted entertainment — posing, drinks service and games. Stripping, full nudity outside the agreed pose, lap dances and any sexual contact are not part of the service. A separate male stripper service is available if that's what you're after.
  • Conduct: our entertainers are entitled to a safe, respectful environment. You're responsible for guest behaviour, and an entertainer may end a booking without refund in cases of harassment or unwanted physical contact.
  • Venue: it's your responsibility to ensure the venue is suitable and that you have any permission needed to host the entertainment.
  • Pricing and travel: all prices, including any travel costs, are confirmed at the quote stage before you book.
