Booking Terms

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Your £20 deposit holds the date and can't be refunded — that part never changes. What you can claw back on the rest depends on how early you let us know. Cancellations should come in writing to info@buffboyz.co.uk, and the balance refund follows this sliding scale:

Between 14 and 30 days Half the balance you've paid. Deposit still non-refundable.
Under 14 days Nothing — deposit and balance are both non-refundable.

Would rather move the date than scrap it? Get in touch as soon as you can and we'll try to shift the booking to another free day — though a reschedule asked for inside 14 days may be handled as a cancellation under the scale above.

If the cancellation ever comes from our side — an entertainer falling ill, or something else outside our control — you'll be offered a stand-in performer, a fresh date, or every penny back, deposit included. The full wording lives on our Terms and Conditions page.

Before You Book

Terms and Conditions

Paying your deposit or confirming a date means you accept our full Terms and Conditions. That document is the authority; here's the short version that matters most for a life drawing booking:

  • Everyone's 18 or over. No exceptions, and we can refuse the booking without refund if that isn't met.
  • What you're booking is hosted entertainment — the drawing, drinks service, games, and hosting. What's never part of it, however a request is phrased, is stripping, nudity beyond the standard naked-butler outfit, lap dances, or any sexual contact.
  • A respectful space. Your entertainer is owed a safe place to work; unwanted contact, harassment, or abuse can end the booking on the spot with no refund.
  • The venue's on you. Making sure it suits the booking, and that you're allowed to host there, is your responsibility.
  • Insured. We carry public liability insurance and can send documentation to any venue that asks.

Privacy

When you enquire or book, Buff Boyz becomes the controller of the details you share, and we look after them under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. The essentials:

  • We only ask for what a booking needs — your name, a way to reach you, and the event details — plus standard website analytics.
  • PayPal handles every payment; your card details never touch our systems.
  • Your data is never sold, and we share only what's operationally necessary, such as date and location, with the entertainer on your booking.
  • Booking records are held for six years to meet HMRC rules; enquiries that don't lead to a booking are cleared after twelve months.
  • You can see, correct, or have your data deleted whenever you ask, by emailing info@buffboyz.co.uk.
