  • A £20 non-refundable deposit secures your booking. The balance is confirmed at the quote stage.
  • More than 30 days' notice: full refund of the balance paid; the £20 deposit is non-refundable in all cases.
  • 14 to 30 days' notice: 50% refund of the balance paid.
  • Less than 14 days' notice: no refund of deposit or balance.
  • If we ever need to cancel — for example, host illness — you'll be offered a replacement, a reschedule, or a full refund including the deposit.
