Booking Terms
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Your booking is held with a £20 deposit, which is non-refundable in all cases, and the balance is paid by the date confirmed in your quote. How much is refunded if you cancel depends on the notice you give before your event:

The balance you've paid is returned in full; the £20 deposit is retained.
14 to 30 Days
Half of the balance you've paid is returned; the £20 deposit is retained.
Under 14 Days
Nothing is refunded — neither the deposit nor the balance.
Prefer to move your date instead of cancelling? Let us know as early as you can and we'll try to find an alternative that works, depending on availability. A reschedule requested within 14 days of the event may be handled as a cancellation under the terms above.
