The £20 deposit holds your performer and your date for the Warrington event. As with every Buff Boyz booking, that deposit stays non-refundable once paid. What happens to the rest of your payment depends on how much warning you can give us, so please email to cancel in writing as early as you can:
More Than 30 Days
Call it off with more than 30 days still to go and the full balance you have paid comes back to you.
14 to 30 Days
Cancel between 14 and 30 days out and half of the balance paid is returned.
Inside 14 Days
Inside the final 14 days, the deposit and balance are both non-refundable.
Should the cancellation ever come from our side instead — a performer falling ill, or anything outside our control — the choice is yours: a replacement performer for the same Warrington slot, a fresh date that works for your group, or a full refund of everything paid, deposit included.
If you would rather shift the date than cancel altogether, get in touch at the earliest opportunity and we will try to fit you in around availability. Do note that a reschedule requested within the last 14 days before the event may be handled as a cancellation under the terms above.
