A non-refundable deposit from £20 secures your booking, with the remaining balance due as confirmed at the quote stage. Our cancellation terms, taken from the official Buff Boyz Terms and Conditions, are:

If you'd prefer to reschedule rather than cancel, please contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the event may be treated as a cancellation.
