Cancellation and Refund Policy

Your booking is held with a non-refundable £20 deposit, and the balance falls due on the date set out at the quote stage and repeated in your booking confirmation. Plans change, so if you do need to cancel, just let us know in writing as soon as you can.

The full balance is refunded; the £20 deposit is never refundable.

Between 14 and 30 Days

Half the balance is refunded; the £20 deposit is never refundable.

Under 14 Days

Neither the balance nor the deposit is refunded.

Would rather move the date than cancel? Get in touch early and we'll try to fit a new slot around availability — though a reschedule asked for inside 14 days may count as a cancellation.
