Cancellation and Refund Policy
A non-refundable deposit from £20 secures your booking; paying it confirms your date and acceptance of our booking terms. The remaining balance is confirmed at the quote stage and is due by the deadline set out in your confirmation.
If you need to cancel, the following applies. The £20 deposit is non-refundable in all cases:

14 to 30 Days Before
50% refund of the balance paid.
Less Than 14 Days Before
No refund of deposit or balance.
If you'd prefer to reschedule rather than cancel, contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to find a new date subject to availability; requests made less than 14 days before the event may be treated as a cancellation.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel — for example due to host illness — you'll be offered a replacement host, a rescheduled date, or a full refund including the deposit.
