- With more than 30 days’ notice, you will receive a full refund of any balance you have paid.
- With 14 to 30 days’ notice, you will receive a 50% refund of the balance paid.
- With less than 14 days’ notice, no refund is available for the deposit or balance paid.
If we ever need to cancel, for example because of model illness or circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a replacement model, a rescheduled date or a full refund including your deposit.
To reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Requests made less than 14 days before your event may be treated as a cancellation. Any cancellation or amendment request should be sent to us in writing.
