More than 30 days Full refund of the balance paid. The £20 deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances.
14 to 30 days 50% refund of the balance paid. The £20 deposit is non-refundable.
Less than 14 days No refund of the deposit or balance.

To cancel, please notify us in writing as early as possible by emailing info@buffboyz.co.uk.

Rescheduling: if you'd prefer to move your date rather than cancel, contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate a new date subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the event may be treated as a cancellation under the terms above.

If we ever need to cancel — for example, due to entertainer illness or circumstances beyond our control — we'll offer a replacement entertainer for the same date, a rescheduled booking, or a full refund of everything you've paid, including the deposit.

  • The naked butler service involves no stripping, nudity or sexual contact of any kind. Entertainers may end a booking if guests behave inappropriately or unsafely.
  • Buff Boyz holds public liability insurance, and you're responsible for ensuring your venue is suitable and permitted for the entertainment.
  • Bookings are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
