The company was started by a group of working butlers who had seen how disorganised the market could be — late arrivals, hosts left directing the entertainer, no clear idea of what was included — and built Buff Boyz to fix exactly that.

Booking Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Bookings are secured with a £20 deposit, which is non-refundable in all circumstances. The refund position on the balance depends on how much notice you give before the event date:

To cancel, email info@buffboyz.co.uk as early as you can. If you'd rather move the date than cancel, get in touch as soon as possible and we'll try to reschedule subject to availability — but a reschedule requested less than 14 days before the event may be treated as a cancellation under the table above.

In the unlikely event Buff Boyz has to cancel, for example entertainer illness, you'll be offered a replacement entertainer for the same date, a rescheduled date, or a full refund of everything paid including the deposit.

Terms and Conditions

By paying a deposit or confirming a booking you agree to the Buff Boyz Terms and Conditions. The key points:

  • Booking & deposit. A booking is confirmed once the £20 deposit is received and you have written confirmation. The balance is due by the deadline stated in your confirmation.
  • 18+ only. All guests must be aged 18 or over.
  • What's included. Hosted entertainment — drinks service, party games and general hosting, as confirmed at the quote stage.
  • What's not included. Stripping, full nudity, lap dances and any sexual contact are never part of the buff butler or naked butler service. The naked butler service still means the standard apron, collar, cuffs and bow tie outfit. These limits aren't negotiable on the day.
  • Respect for entertainers. Guests must provide a safe, respectful environment. Unwanted physical contact, harassment or abuse entitles the entertainer to end the booking with no refund.
  • Your responsibilities. You're responsible for guest behaviour, for the venue being suitable, and for having any permission the venue requires.
  • Liability & insurance. Buff Boyz holds public liability insurance; liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking. The company isn't liable for matters beyond its reasonable control.
  • Governing law. England and Wales.

Privacy

Buff Boyz is the data controller for personal information you provide when you enquire or book, and handles it in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. In short:

  • What we collect. Your name, email, phone number and event details when you request a quote or get in touch, plus standard website analytics data.
  • Why. To process your enquiry and booking, take payment, provide support and, only if you opt in, send marketing.
  • Payments. Deposits and balances are processed by PayPal; Buff Boyz does not store your card details.
  • Sharing. Your data is never sold. Relevant event details are shared only with the entertainer assigned to your booking, and with analytics or advertising providers as described in the full policy.
  • Retention. Booking records are kept for 6 years for HMRC purposes; enquiries without a booking are deleted after 12 months.
  • Your rights. You can access, correct, delete or port your data, object to processing or withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@buffboyz.co.uk. You can also complain to the ICO.
