Booking Length
How Long Do You Need to Book For?
Booking durations vary by event, and the right length is confirmed when you request a quote. As a general guide, bookings have a minimum duration of around two hours, which gives enough time for drinks service, games and photos.
If you have a larger group, you may want to book for longer.
Group Size Guidance
How Many Butlers Should I Hire?
It depends on your guest numbers. As a rough guide, one host comfortably looks after a smaller group, and larger parties often book two or more so service and games stay lively.
Tell us your guest count when you request a quote and we will suggest a suitable number.
Local Event Fit
Why Knutsford Works Well for This Experience
Knutsford is a Cheshire market town with a lively centre of independent restaurants, bars and pubs, which makes it a popular base for hen weekends and group celebrations. Because we come to your venue, you do not need a special space, just somewhere you are hosting your party.
Knutsford suits mobile entertainment well for a few practical reasons:
A Range of Suitable Venues
Self-catering cottages, holiday lets, hotels and private function rooms in and around the town all work, as the activity is brought to you.
Easy to Reach
Knutsford sits close to the M6 and M56 and has its own railway station on the Manchester to Chester line, so guests travelling in from elsewhere can get there easily. It is also a short hop from Manchester and Manchester Airport.
Tatton Park and the Wider Area
Groups often combine a celebration in Knutsford with the surrounding Cheshire countryside and attractions such as the Tatton Park estate nearby.
Guests frequently travel in from neighbouring Cheshire towns, so if your group is spread out we also cover nearby areas including Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, Macclesfield and Northwich.
Event Experience
Real Event Experience Across Cheshire
Buff Boyz regularly provides butlers for hen parties, birthdays and private celebrations across Cheshire. Many bookings take place in private houses, Airbnbs, holiday cottages, hotels and function rooms, where the host arrives at the chosen venue, serves drinks, runs party games and helps keep the group entertained.
For Knutsford-style bookings, groups often choose a two-hour session because it gives enough time for guest greetings, drinks service, games, photos and relaxed interaction without taking over the whole event.

Buff Boyz Booking Insight
Based on our booking experience, two-hour sessions are among the most commonly requested options for hen parties, birthdays and private celebrations in the Knutsford area.
Smaller groups are often well served by a single host, while larger groups tend to book two or more so that drinks service, games and guest interaction stay lively throughout the booking.
