Service Details
What Does a Buff Butler Do?
A buff butler is a male party host who looks after your guests while wearing the service's signature outfit: a front-covering apron worn over bare skin, with a collar, cuffs and a bow tie.
Welcome Guests
He welcomes guests as they arrive and helps the room settle into the booking.
Serve Drinks and Food
He serves the drinks and food you have provided, keeps glasses topped up and clears away empties.
Run Party Games
He runs party games with anyone who wants to join in and keeps the event moving so the person hosting does not have to.
He is a host rather than a performer — there is no routine, no set piece, and the tone follows your group.
He arrives in outfit at the start time on your booking confirmation, with any setup done before the booked hours begin. Your quote and confirmation set out exactly which activities are included for your event.
What He Wears
The apron stays on for the whole booking. This is a semi-naked hosting service, not a striptease — if you want a performance with nudity, that is our male strippers service or hen party life drawing, both of which work differently.

Group Fit
Is This Right for Your Group?
Buff butlers are most commonly booked in Berwick for hen parties, milestone birthdays, girls' nights in and divorce or break-up parties. Any adults-only private celebration works.
Private Adult Celebrations
Hen parties, milestone birthdays, girls' nights in and divorce or break-up parties are typical uses for this service.
Office and Fundraising Events
Office parties and fundraising events can be booked, but this is adult-themed entertainment, and you will need approval from your employer or the venue first. It is not a conventional hospitality staffing service.
Group size: one butler comfortably hosts 10–12 guests. Larger groups tend to work better with a second butler, so nobody is left waiting for a drink. Please tell us your numbers, and we will share our suggestions.
Local Coverage
Berwick-upon-Tweed Coverage, Venues and Travel
We travel to your chosen address. Coverage and pricing depend on the date, the postcode and which entertainer is available, so the quote is confirmed in writing before you pay.
Where We Quote
TD15 covers Berwick itself along with Tweedmouth, Spittal and East Ord. We also quote for addresses further out in north Northumberland — Norham, Lowick, Belford, Beal and Wooler among them.
Because Berwick sits close to the border, we also quote for Scottish Borders addresses, including Eyemouth, Duns and Coldstream.

There is no fixed base that entertainers travel from, so the travel charge varies by booking. It is always stated in your written quote rather than added afterwards.
Holiday Cottages, Self-Catering and Hotels
Berwick's accommodation stock leans heavily towards self-catering cottages, apartments and holiday parks rather than large city-centre hotels, which suits a mobile booking well — a private let gives you a space you control for the evening.
Whatever the venue type, you need somewhere the group can gather privately, a space that is not overlooked, and access for the butler to arrive and change discreetly.
Venue Permission and Access
If you do not own the property, you must have the owner's or manager's permission for adult entertainment before booking.
That applies to holiday lets, Airbnbs, hotel rooms, function rooms and clubs alike. Some venues allow it, some do not, and it is much easier to ask in advance than to be turned away on the night.
Practical points worth checking: parking or drop-off access, a private space for the butler to change, and whether the venue has its own rules on games or noise.
Why Berwick Works Well for This
Berwick is England's northernmost town, sitting on the coast a couple of miles from the Scottish border, with a station on the East Coast Main Line.
Guests travelling from Newcastle, Edinburgh or further afield can arrive by train without anyone needing to drive, and the town's self-catering stock means groups often have a private base for the whole weekend rather than separate hotel rooms.
It also means one booking can cover guests coming from both sides of the border, which is not true of most towns we cover.

Helpful Answers
Frequently Asked Questions
Is a naked butler actually naked?
No. "Naked butler" is a product name. The butler wears an apron with a collar, cuffs and bow tie for the whole booking, and full nudity is not part of the service.
Can guests touch the butler?
No. Physical contact with the entertainer is not permitted at any point.
Does the butler bring alcohol or equipment?
No. You supply the drinks, mixers, ice and glassware. He serves what you have provided.
Can the booking take place in a holiday cottage or Airbnb near Berwick?
Yes, provided you have the owner's or manager's permission for adult entertainment at the property. Get that agreed before you book.
Do you cover addresses over the Scottish border?
Yes. Berwick sits close to the border, and we quote for Scottish Borders addresses, including Eyemouth, Duns and Coldstream, subject to date and entertainer availability.
How far in advance should we book?
A few weeks ahead is the safest bet for a weekend date. Later bookings can often be accommodated, so it is always worth asking.
