Buff Butlers in Louth

At a glance

What a butler in the buff does

A butler in the buff is a host, not a performer. For the length of the booking he:

• Serves drinks — pouring, topping up, and handing round whatever you provide.
• Runs party games that get the whole group involved, including guests who have not met before.
• Poses for photos, with his agreement, and keeps the atmosphere light.
• Looks after the bride or birthday guest, so the organiser can enjoy the party too.

He does not bring a bar or alcohol. If you want drinks made rather than poured, the mobile cocktail making class is the booking for that.

What he wears, and what this service is not

He wears the apron, collar, cuffs, and bow tie for the entire booked time. Under the Buff Boyz terms, the buff butler and naked butler services do not involve nudity, and stripping is not part of them in any circumstances.

If your group wants a performance, that is a separate service: professional male strippers.

Games, photos and the no-contact rule

Physical contact with the butler is not part of the booking. The Buff Boyz terms rule out contact of any kind, and games that depend on touching him are not played. If a guest ignores that, he can end the booking and leave, with no refund.

That still leaves plenty of games that involve the whole group, and group photos, which are fine with his agreement. Tell your guests the rule before he arrives — it makes the evening easier for everyone.

Who books a buff butler in Louth?

Hen parties, birthdays and ladies’ nights — any group at a rented house, a holiday let or a hired room that wants someone to host while they celebrate.

It also works for a relaxed evening at home, where he takes over the serving and the games so the host can join in.

Every guest present must be 18 or over. By booking, you confirm that nobody under 18 will be there, and Buff Boyz can decline to provide the service on arrival if anyone is.

What it costs in Louth

Longer bookings can be requested, subject to availability, and are priced into your quote.

Four things set the figure: the date, where the party is, how long it runs and how many butlers a bigger group needs. The journey to you is already inside that number, and the £20 you pay to book is subtracted from it, not charged on top.

Compare Buff Boyz services in Louth

Buff Boyz runs four different bookings in Louth. Here is how they differ:

Because each is priced on a different basis, the cheapest-looking figure is not always the cheapest booking for your group — get a quote for your actual numbers.

How to book

1. Ask for a quote: give the date, where in Louth, how many guests, what time he should start and how many hours you want.
2. Read the figure. It covers travel and tells you the balance and its due date.
3. Send the £20 deposit. You are booked once it arrives and Buff Boyz confirms in writing.
4. Clear the balance by the date your confirmation gives.

Why Louth works well for this experience

Louth is a market town on the eastern edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, which its countryside service describes as a designated National Landscape. For a two-hour hosted booking, the useful local question is where your group is staying, because a town address and a rural holiday property raise different practical points.

In Louth itself

A rented house, a holiday let or a hired room in town. Louth Town Hall on Eastgate offers venue hire. For any hired room, you need the venue’s permission for this kind of entertainment before you book — arranging it is the customer’s responsibility under the booking terms, and it is safest to do so in writing.

If the venue asks, Buff Boyz holds public liability insurance.

Out in the Wolds

A holiday cottage or farmhouse let in the countryside around Louth. Put the full postcode on your quote request, and tell us about parking and access at the property so arrival can be planned.

We work out the quote from the venue address, not from where your guests are travelling from.

Further afield, towards Horncastle and Woodhall Spa

Exclusive-use and event venues further afield include Stockwith Mill at Hagworthingham, Woodhall Spa Manor in Woodhall Spa, or Scrivelsby Walled Garden near Horncastle.

These are some distance from Louth, and each sets its own rules on entertainment, so check with the venue first.

Cancellation and refund policy

This condenses the cancellation clauses of the Buff Boyz terms and conditions, which take precedence over anything here.

Calling it off yourself? Email info@buffboyz.co.uk — it has to be in writing. The refund is set by how far ahead you tell us:

Called off by Buff Boyz? The terms give illness or circumstances outside our control as examples. You then pick one: a different butler on the same day and time, a new date that suits you, or every penny back, deposit included. Costs you have run up elsewhere for the event are not refunded.

A new date instead of cancelling — ask early and we will try to fit one in, subject to availability. Asking less than 14 days before may be treated as cancelling.

Terms and conditions

The Buff Boyz terms and conditions govern every Louth booking. In short, they explain when you are booked, how and when to pay, what happens if you or we cancel or move the date, what a butler will and won’t do, and your side of it: a venue that is suitable and has agreed to the entertainment, guests who keep their hands to themselves, and nobody under 18.

You accept them by requesting a quote, paying the deposit, or confirming the booking.

Privacy and personal information

To price your booking, we ask who you are, how to contact you, and the date and address of the party. We use that information to quote and run the booking, and the Buff Boyz privacy policy explains how we handle it.

Louth buff butler questions

Does a naked butler take his clothes off?

Never. The apron, collar, cuffs and bow tie stay on throughout the booking.

Who supplies the drinks?

You do. Have them ready and he takes care of the serving.

Is two hours the limit?

No — two hours is the minimum. Put the length you want on the quote request; longer bookings depend on availability.

What if our group is large?

You can request a second butler, subject to availability; include your guest numbers on the quote request.

Is Horncastle covered?

Yes. Include the Horncastle address on your quote request, and it will be quoted the same way as Louth.
