Before the start time
Your butler aims to arrive around 15 minutes before your start time to set up, subject to venue access — and this setup sits outside your booked two hours.
He gets the drinks station ready, chills the prosecco or preps any add-on cocktails, and checks in on the details — the guest of honour's name, anyone to look out for, and any surprises you've planned.
During the booking
As guests arrive, he greets them individually and starts the drinks service. From there the session usually moves through a few rounds of interactive games — Mr & Mrs, Prosecco Pong, “Who Knows the Bride Best” — with drinks woven throughout.
Games are always optional, so no one is put on the spot or made to join in.

Full refund of the balance paid.

If Buff Boyz cancels
If Buff Boyz ever has to cancel — for example if an entertainer is unwell — we'll offer you a replacement entertainer, a rescheduled booking, or a full refund including your deposit.
