If You Cancel
The £20 booking deposit is non-refundable.
- More than 30 days before your event: the balance is refunded in full.
- 14 to 30 days before: 50% of the balance is refunded.
- Less than 14 days before: no refund of the balance.
If Buff Boyz Cancels or You Need to Reschedule
If Buff Boyz cancels, we will offer a replacement entertainer, a rescheduled booking, or a full refund including your £20 deposit.
Date changes are handled case by case and depend on availability. Contact us as early as you can.
Conduct and Complaints
If a guest behaves inappropriately towards your entertainer, he may end the booking and leave, and no refund is due.
Complaints: email or call us. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two working days and give a full response within five working days.
