What Actually Happens on the Night
This isn’t a passive experience where someone makes drinks in front of you. Every guest gets hands on the equipment, learns the techniques, and makes their own cocktails — guided throughout by a professional buff butler host who knows how to keep a group engaged, laughing, and coming back for more.
Here’s how the 2 hours typically unfold:
- We arrive and set up — Your host turns up ahead of time, builds the mobile bar, and gets everything in place before your guests arrive. You don’t lift a finger.
- The demonstration — Shaking, stirring, double-straining, measuring — your host runs through the techniques before anyone picks up a shaker, so nobody feels lost.
- Everyone makes their cocktails — Three cocktails per person, step by step. Popular choices include Mojitos, Espresso Martinis, and Pornstar Martinis. Your host moves around the group, helping and hosting at the same time.
- The competitive bit — A light cocktail challenge or tasting game usually breaks out around the halfway point. It’s optional, but nobody ever says no.
- Drinks, chat, and guided tasting — The last stretch is relaxed. Guests enjoy what they’ve made, your host keeps things moving, and the energy stays high without anyone having to work at it.
- We clear up and leave — Everything is packed away cleanly. The space is left exactly as we found it.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
We know plans change. Here’s how we handle it, clearly.
Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your date. Deposits are non-refundable, as they cover host scheduling, ingredient sourcing, and preparation costs confirmed at the point of booking.
If You Need to Cancel
- More than 14 days before your event — No further charge. Deposit is retained.
- 7–14 days before your event — 50% of the remaining balance is due. Deposit is retained.
- Less than 7 days before your event — Full balance is due. No refund is issued.
- Same-day cancellation or no-show — Full balance is charged.
Rescheduling
- More than 14 days out — we’ll move your date at no extra cost, subject to availability.
- Within 14 days — treated as a cancellation under the terms above.
- Rescheduled events must take place within 6 months of the original date.
If We Cancel
In the rare event of cancellation on our side — through illness or circumstances beyond our control — you’ll receive either a full refund of all payments made or a priority rescheduled date, whichever you prefer.
Group Size Changes
Reductions within 7 days of your event are not eligible for a partial refund. Increases should be confirmed as early as possible, subject to ingredient availability.
