What Happens During the Two-Hour Class?
Your chosen host arrives ahead of the start time to set up the mobile bar, equipment and ingredients. Arrival and setup take place before your booked start time and do not reduce the two-hour hosted session.
During the class:

Deposit
A non-refundable £20 deposit is required to secure your date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and Buff Boyz has sent written confirmation.
Balance
The remaining balance is due by the deadline stated in your quote and booking confirmation. Failure to pay by the agreed deadline may result in the booking being cancelled without a refund of the deposit.
Requesting a quote does not hold your date. Deposit payment plus written confirmation is what secures the booking.
Booking Terms
Booking Terms, Cancellations and Refunds
All bookings are subject to Buff Boyz's full Terms and Conditions, covering booking confirmation, deposits, balance payments, cancellations, rescheduling and event responsibilities.
The £20 booking deposit is non-refundable.
- More than 30 days before the event: any balance paid is refunded in full and the deposit is retained.
- 14 to 30 days before the event: 50% of the balance is refunded and the deposit is retained.
- Fewer than 14 days before the event: neither the deposit nor the balance is refunded.
- Rescheduling: requests made fewer than 14 days before the event may be treated as cancellations.
If Buff Boyz has to cancel, you will be offered a replacement entertainer for the same date and time, a rescheduled booking, or a full refund of all money paid, including the deposit.
