What Actually Happens During the Session

Forget awkward icebreakers. The class is structured to build energy gradually so the group bonds naturally over the two hours.

First 20 minutes — Setup and welcome

Your host builds the bar while chatting with early arrivals. No formal “sit down and listen” intro — it starts conversational.

Next 30 minutes — Technique demo

Your butler demonstrates shaking, muddling, measuring, and straining using professional tools. Guests watch up close, ask questions, and get a feel for the equipment before touching anything.

Core hour — Hands-on cocktail making

Each guest makes 3 cocktails from scratch. Recipes rotate based on group preferences, but popular choices include Espresso Martinis, Mojitos, Passion Fruit Martinis, and seasonal specials. Your host circulates, corrects technique, and keeps the pace lively.

Final 15–20 minutes — Games, competitions, and tasting

Light challenges (best presentation, fastest shake, blind tasting) keep the atmosphere fun without feeling forced. The session wraps with a final guided tasting and a chance to remake a favourite.

After the session

Your host packs down every piece of equipment, wipes surfaces, and leaves the space as they found it. The whole teardown takes around 15 minutes.
