We understand plans change. To secure any booking, a non-refundable £20 deposit is required. If you need to cancel, please email us as soon as possible at info@buffboyz.co.uk. The following terms apply:

Less than 14 days No refund of deposit or balance.

Rescheduling: If you'd prefer to move your date rather than cancel, contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate, subject to availability. Reschedule requests made less than 14 days before the event may be treated as a cancellation under the terms above.

If we ever need to cancel — for example due to entertainer illness or circumstances beyond our control — we'll offer a replacement entertainer, a rescheduled date, or a full refund of everything paid, including the deposit.

By paying a deposit or confirming a booking, you agree to our full terms and conditions. Key points for Altrincham bookings:

  • Bookings are confirmed once your £20 deposit is received and we've sent written confirmation. The balance is due by the date stated in your confirmation.
  • Pricing is confirmed at quote stage and includes VAT where applicable. Any travel costs to your Altrincham venue are shown before you confirm.
  • The service is choreographed entertainment. It does not include sexual contact of any kind. These limits are not negotiable at the event.
  • Age requirement: all events are strictly 18 and over. You confirm every guest will be 18+ when you book.
  • Guest conduct: your performer is entitled to a safe, respectful environment. Unwanted physical contact, harassment or abusive behaviour entitles the entertainer to end the booking immediately, with no refund.
  • Venue: it's your responsibility to ensure your venue is suitable and that you have any permission needed to host the entertainment.
  • Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Buff Boyz is the data controller for the information you share when you enquire or book, and we handle it in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

  • What we collect: your name, email, phone number and event details, plus standard website analytics data.
  • Why: to process your booking, contact you about it, take payment via PayPal, provide support and — only if you opt in — send marketing.
  • Payments: handled securely by PayPal; we don't store your card details.
  • Retention: booking records are kept for 6 years for HMRC purposes; enquiries without a booking are deleted after 12 months.
  • Your rights: you can access, correct, delete or port your data, or object to processing, by emailing info@buffboyz.co.uk.
