Cancellation and refund policy
- The £20 deposit is not refunded if you cancel.
- More than 30 days before the event: the balance is refunded in full.
- 14 to 30 days before: 50% of the balance is refunded.
- Less than 14 days before: the balance is not refunded.
“Balance” means the booking price less the £20 deposit. Moving a date is possible where somebody is available, though a change within the final fortnight may be treated as a cancellation.
If Buff Boyz cannot fulfil the booking, the Terms provide a substitute entertainer, a new date or a full refund including the deposit.
