- 7–14 days before your event: 50% of your deposit refunded
- Less than 7 days before your event: the deposit is non-refundable, but we will work with you to rearrange your session to a suitable alternative date at no extra charge wherever possible
If We Need to Cancel
In the rare event that your booked model is unable to attend due to illness or an emergency, we will contact you immediately. You will be offered a replacement model of equivalent standard, a fully rescheduled date at no extra cost, or a complete refund of all monies paid — your choice, confirmed in writing, with no delay.
