- Booking & payment: Bookings are confirmed once the £20 deposit is received; the balance is due five days before the event.
- Lead booker: The lead booker is responsible for their group's conduct and for providing a safe, suitable and legal venue with enough space.
- Age: All attendees must be 18 or over. We may request ID and can refuse service where age cannot be confirmed.
- Conduct: Hosts may pause or end a session, without refund, in cases of harassment, inappropriate touching, abusive behaviour or unsafe conditions.
- Dress level: Agreed in advance with the lead booker and not changed without the host's consent on the day.
- Photography: Personal photos are welcome; publishing or commercial use of images of a host requires consent.
- Liability: Buff Boyz holds public liability insurance. We are not responsible for personal belongings or venue damage caused by guests.
