How a Typical Two-Hour Booking Works in Practice

Here’s what actually happens during a standard booking — most of ours in the Princes Risborough area take place at holiday rentals, private homes, or rented barn venues.

Pre-arrival

Your butler confirms the schedule by text or phone. He arrives 5–10 minutes before the booking starts and changes into his outfit in a private area. He’ll have game materials with him and won’t need anything from you beyond access to the drinks you’ve provided.

Opening 15–20 minutes

He greets guests at the door with drinks — prosecco, cocktails, or whatever you’ve stocked. At hen parties, this is often the surprise moment for the bride-to-be.
