Policies
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date are eligible for a full deposit refund.
- Cancellations made 7–14 days before the event will forfeit the £20 deposit but will not incur further charges.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed booking total, depending on costs already incurred.
- If Buff Boyz needs to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a full refund or alternative date at no extra cost.

Terms of Service
By requesting a quote and confirming a booking with Buff Boyz, you agree to the following:
- You are at least 18 years of age and are booking on behalf of an adult event.
- The information provided at the time of booking is accurate, including event date, location, and guest numbers.
- The £20 deposit is required to confirm your booking and is non-refundable in the event of late cancellation (see Cancellation Policy above).
- The remaining balance is due as agreed at the time of booking confirmation.
- Buff Boyz reserves the right to withdraw services without refund if our entertainers are subjected to inappropriate, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour by guests.
- Buff Boyz is not responsible for damage to third-party venues or property caused by the client or their guests.
- Any requests that fall outside the scope of agreed services should be discussed in advance.
