Cancellation and Refund Policy
Every booking is secured with a £20 deposit, which is non-refundable in all circumstances as it reserves your host and date. Beyond the deposit, refunds on the balance depend on how much notice you give:
More than 30 days before your event
Full refund of the balance paid.
14 to 30 days before
50% refund of the balance paid.
Less than 14 days before
No refund of the deposit or balance.
If you'd like to move your date rather than cancel, get in touch as early as you can and we'll do our best to reschedule subject to availability. Reschedule requests made less than 14 days before the event may be treated as a cancellation under the terms above.
In the rare event that Buff Boyz has to cancel — for example, entertainer illness — we'll offer a replacement host for the same date, a rescheduled booking, or a full refund of everything paid including the deposit.
